I receive a lot of mail from people asking where to get watches repaired in the Chicago area. I usually tell people to go to Frank's, in the Lakeview neighborhood, and decided to just make this page so it's easier for everyone. I really like Frank's, never had anything but good experience with them. I can say that I have been to Frank's over and over again, and have always been most pleased with the work they do, their service and attention to their customers. I have had watch repair, crystal repair, watchband work, and also have had non-watch jewelry repairs and purchases, and I've always been satisfied.
